Our curation is driven by the preservation of disappearing skills, those of family ateliers and generational craftsmanship. It is unexpected, rooted in colour and individuality, in patience and appreciation for finer details.
A Slower Approach
Objects offered by TREATTS are crafted in small batches, limited editions, or made to order, often using local materials and traditional techniques. This approach supports a more thoughtful rhythm of production, reducing waste and allowing smaller, independent artisans to focus on quality rather than volume.
Giving Craft a Wider Audience
While paintings and furniture have long relied on established galleries and distribution networks, many artisans crafting smaller, everyday objects remain unseen. TREATTS connects these makers directly with collectors, helping their work travel far beyond the workshop.
FOUNDERS
Mia & Vicente met while living in London, where they connected over a shared love of travel and objects with a sense of place. Among friends, their travel itineraries became known for the kind of stops you only hear about from those in the know. Now settled in Madrid, they created TREATTS from that same instinct for guided discovery, now applied to the world of craftsmanship.
