Founded by craftswoman Émilie after training in both graphic design and ceramics, Flâner was born from a desire to slow down and make objects with intention. Working from her workshop in France, Émilie designs and creates candles and ceramics entirely by hand, from the first sketch to the final piece. Using only natural materials — beeswax, clay, minerals, and plant pigments — her work explores sculptural forms inspired by architecture, art, and travel. Each object takes time: wax is patiently poured and reworked, clay is shaped, dried, and fired slowly, allowing the material to guide the process. Flâner creates everyday objects that invite pause and attention — quiet companions designed to bring calm, texture, and meaning into the home.
