Turquoise flowers and bright green leaves in a design that feels fresh, easy, and full of light. Each plate is shaped in earthenware, painted freehand by skilled artisans, then glazed and kiln-fired. Inside the Atelier of Devagar

Founded by Spanish interior designer Teresa Golpe after relocating to Portugal, Devagar Living was born from a deep admiration for the country’s extraordinary craft heritage. After travelling across rural Portugal and building relationships with master artisans, Teresa created a brand rooted in preserving generational techniques while refining them through a contemporary design lens.

Every piece is made entirely by hand in Portugal, from individually shaped ceramics to textiles crafted using traditional looms. The name “Devagar,” meaning “slowly,” reflects both the rhythm of production and the philosophy behind the brand: to create objects that endure, gather memories, and are passed down through generations.
