Inside the Atelier

8 e Mezzo transforms forgotten stone into contemporary table treasures. The brand began during the pandemic, when the Azzollini family decided to reclaim the leftover fragments of marble and stone once set aside in their workshop. Each object is individually selected, cut, and polished by hand in southern Italy, celebrating the natural imperfections and textures of marble. Named after both its first creation — an 8.5 cm cutlery rest — and Fellini’s timeless film, 8 e Mezzo is a tribute to Italian imagination and craft.
