A handcrafted earthenware dessert plate made in the Netherlands by Royal Goedewaagen, shaped using traditional moulds that have been part of the factory for decades. Its gently scalloped edge and soft bisque beige glaze give it a quiet, understated presence on the table.

Each plate is produced entirely in-house, moving through a precise sequence of clay casting, glazing, and firing. The neutral tone makes it especially versatile, designed to sit effortlessly alongside both contemporary tableware and more classic pieces.

Founded in 1610 in Gouda, Royal Goedewaagen is one of the oldest ceramics manufacturers in Europe, with over four centuries of continuous craftsmanship. Today, the brand remains one of the few that still carries out every step of production in its own factory, from mould making and clay casting to painting, glazing, and firing.
